We are hiring a **field\-focused sales professional** to drive distribution and sales of Optikeye surveillance products by directly engaging with **local electricians, CCTV installers, and small retail shops**.
*Key Responsibilities**
Visit **electric shops, CCTV installers, and small dealers** in your assigned area
Pitch Optikeye products and **create demand at ground level**
Generate **pre\-sales orders** from dealers and installers
**Collect advance payments** (UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash on behalf of company)
Build and maintain **strong local dealer relationships**
Coordinate with distributors (if assigned) to ensure order fulfillment
Achieve **monthly sales targets** consistently
*Requirements**
Experience in **field sales / FMCG / electrical / CCTV / hardware** (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong local network among **electricians / installers / shop owners**
Comfortable with **on\-ground sales and daily travel**
Ability to **convince, negotiate, and close deals independently**
Basic knowledge of **digital payments (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)**
