The Team Leader – Sales (B2C) will spearhead a team of Academic Counselors and Sales Executives to meet and exceed student enrollment objectives. This position requires driving overall sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and monitoring of conversion metrics to guarantee a superior customer experience during the admissions journey. Key duties include leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team; establishing clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets; and consistently reviewing performance to provide constructive feedback. You will conduct training workshops, role-playing exercises, and coaching programs to elevate team effectiveness, cultivating a culture focused on high performance and achieving results. Additionally, you will be directly responsible for generating admissions and driving revenue growth.
