We are looking for a **dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Manager** to lead our Hyundai dealership’s sales operations. The ideal candidate must bring proven experience in driving sales performance, managing teams, and achieving dealership growth targets, preferably from **Hyundai or Maruti Suzuki** dealerships.
- Lead and manage the entire sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure adherence to Hyundai brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financiers.
- Oversee customer experience and ensure high levels of retention and referrals.
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and service departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
- *Required Qualifications \& Experience:**
- Graduate / Postgraduate Marketing, or related field.
- **5–7 years of experience as a Sales Manager** in the **automobile industry**.
- Experience with **Maruti Suzuki or Hyundai** dealerships is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
