Softouch Ayurveda Village is a luxury Ayurveda retreat in Kerala catering to guests from India and around the world. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help expand our network of travel partners and generate new business through tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, wellness travel specialists, and retreat organizers.
- Identify and onboard new tour operators and travel agents in India and overseas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel trade partners.
- Promote our Ayurveda, Panchakarma, wellness, and holiday packages to relevant travel partners.
- Conduct sales visits, online presentations, and property familiarization tours.
- Represent the resort at travel and tourism events when required.
- Work closely with the reservations and management team to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain partner agreements.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and business generated.
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, travel, tourism, or hospitality sales.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Existing contacts within the travel trade industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.

We are not looking for someone who simply responds to enquiries. We need someone who can actively go out, build relationships, open new markets, and bring business to the resort.
