• *Position Overview:**

I Broad Media seeks experienced advertising professionals to join our team in Bengaluru \& Noida. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track

record of success in a similar role within the advertising agencies, Radio station, Print Media, OOH companies or Digital marketing agencies.

• *Responsibilities:**

 Identifies and prospects potential clients across the market segments

 Develops customized proposals and presentations that showcase Reach India's

capabilities and solutions tailored to each client's requirements

 Generates potential leads and persuades them to close using networking tools and

other mediums

 Collaborates with internal teams, including creative, strategy and account management, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns

 Staying abreast on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to

identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

 Understands media verticals (Radio, TV, Digital, OOH etc.) and pitches the proposal

by understanding the client’s requirements and budget

• *Qualifications:**

 Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA preferred.

 Proven track record of at least 3\-7 years in business development or sales roles

within the advertising industry or marketing agency only.

 Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
