**Client Acquisition:** Pitch to manufacturing, process, and OEM industries.
**Key Accounts:** Manage existing client networks in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
**Technical Consulting:** Map client needs to technical automation proposals.
**Market Expansion:** Identify new industrial clusters and application areas.
**Channel Management:** Guide system integrators and distributors to maximize reach.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
**Industry Experience:** Minimum 5 years selling industrial automation products.
**Technical Mastery:** Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and field instruments.
**Regional Network:** Established, active client relationships in MH and KA.
**Education:** B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
**Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
