Manage the sales work of the company, lead the sales team to achieve the company's sales plan and goals.
1\. **Strategic Planning and Sales Plan Management(20%)**
1\) Assist the GM in formulating an overall sales strategy plan based on the company's development strategy plan
2\) Guide relevant personnel to conduct market information research, providing a basis for formulating sales plans and strategies
3\) Assist the GM in formulating the company's annual sales plan and sales policies, and supervise the implementation of the plan
