Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and performance\-driven **Sales Manager – IT Services** to lead revenue growth and manage high\-value client accounts.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive new business development for IT services including software development, web \& mobile solutions, blockchain and SaaS products
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Identify new markets, channels and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders and decision\-makers
• Lead client meetings, presentations, demos and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, scopes and timelines
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline and CRM
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance reviews

• *Requirements:**

• 2\+ years of experience in IT services sales or software solutions sales
• Proven track record of closing mid to large\-ticket B2B deals
• Strong understanding of software development services and technology solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience handling international clients and enterprise accounts
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience selling blockchain, Web3, fintech or AI\-based solutions
• Strong proposal and pricing strategy experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Team handling or mentoring experience is a plus
