Job Summary
We are seeking a results\-driven Offline Sales Manager to lead and expand our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributor and dealer networks, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through offline sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute offline sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to maximize performance.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Ensure effective territory management and customer coverage.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in offline sales, channel sales, or retail sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
