Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
\* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, Plumbing Products, Water Tanks, Pumps, and Hardware items.
\* Expand market coverage and increase product visibility within the assigned territory.
\* Identify and develop new dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and influencers.
\* Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
\* Generate enquiries, quotations, and convert them into successful sales.
Retailer \& Dealer Management
\* Conduct regular market visits as per the approved beat plan.
\* Generate orders and ensure smooth execution and delivery coordination.
\* Monitor stock levels at dealer and retailer counters.
\* Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotional activities at customer locations.
\* Assist dealers in product selection, sales promotions, and customer engagement.
Collections \& Outstanding Management
\* Follow up with customers for timely payment collections.
\* Maintain outstanding balances within company\-approved limits.
\* Coordinate with the Accounts Department and Management for payment recovery and credit control.
\* Ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Reporting \& Market Intelligence
\* Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and visit reports on time.
\* Maintain records of customer visits, order bookings, collections, and new customer additions.
\* Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
\* Share market feedback, customer requirements, and business opportunities with management.
Desired Skills
\* Strong communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills.
\* Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
\* Familiarity with mobile applications, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools.
\* Good understanding of the local market and customer network.
Ideal Candidate Profile
\* Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales
\* Energetic, self\-motivated, and result\-oriented personality.
\* Strong dealer and retailer relationship management skills.
\* Ability to handle sales targets, collections, and market development simultaneously.
\* Must possess a valid driving license and own a two\-wheeler.
