We are looking for **(Thrill Factory and Drone Craft**) A Sales \& Marketing Executive for hotels/resorts (often involving schools/corporate/MICE) drives revenue by managing client relationships (corporate, travel agents), generating leads, achieving targets, and promoting property offerings, requiring strong sales, communication, and market knowledge, with roles focusing on group sales, event coordination, and boosting occupancy in hospitality settings like resorts or schools with lodging. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition:** Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners (MICE), and other groups.
- **Revenue Generation:** Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets for rooms, events, and food \& beverage.
- **Market Analysis:** Understand market trends, competitor strengths, and economic factors to strategize sales efforts.
- **Sales Activities:** Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, participate in roadshows/exhibitions, and manage existing accounts.
- **Coordination:** Liaise with reservations, operations, and front office to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- **Reporting:** Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

- Proven experience in hotel/resort sales, corporate sales, or travel industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, guest\-focused environment.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and MS Office is a plus.
