Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Present products and services effectively and provide suitable solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills

Well\-versed in verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.

Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred

Prior experience in Sales \& Marketing is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Note:Candidates must be well\-versed in communication skills and should be confident interacting with clients professionally.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
