Position Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling existing client relationships, coordinating with new inquiries, supporting marketing activities, preparing quotations and invoices, managing digital communications, and assisting in generating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach towards customer engagement and sales support.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Handle day\-to\-day communication with existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and end customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and ongoing projects.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development \& Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
- Generate new business opportunities from architects, designers, builders, developers, and landscape consultants.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups with prospective clients.
- Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into orders.
WhatsApp \& Email Marketing
- Manage WhatsApp Business communications with clients and prospects.
- Create and send product updates, promotional campaigns, project showcases, and broadcast messages.
- Handle email marketing campaigns and customer follow\-ups.
- Maintain organized communication records and customer interactions.
Sales Coordination
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) and coordinate order processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and site teams regarding order status.
- Track quotation conversions and maintain sales reports.
- Assist in payment follow\-ups and documentation.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and design teams.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collect project photographs, testimonials, and customer feedback for marketing purposes.
- Support exhibition, event, and product presentation activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain customer records and project documentation.
- Prepare reports on inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
- Update management regarding lead status and business opportunities.
- Ensure proper filing of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and client communications.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and business correspondence.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and customer\-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in building materials, interiors, architecture, furniture, flooring, or construction\-related industries will be preferred.
