We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing business with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and project consultants while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking activities.
- Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, website, social media, and other inbound lead sources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and convert leads into orders.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling B2B sales and client relationships.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART and lead management platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
Preferred Industry Experience
Natural Stone, Stone Veneer, Building Materials, Construction Products, Interior Solutions, Architecture, or Related Industries.
