We are a premier manufacturing and automation company specializing in high\-quality **Industrial Weighbridges and Weighing Scales**. We are looking for a sharp, fast\-acting, and results\-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to handle our incoming business inquiries.
n this role, you will connect with businesses—including factories, logistics companies, brick kilns, crushers, and manufacturing units—to pitch our weighing solutions. Your goal is to turn raw business leads into closed deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Rapid Lead Management (IndiaMART Panel)
- Monitor incoming B2B leads from our IndiaMART panel and respond to them **instantly** (ideally within 15 to 30 minutes).
- Call the buyer immediately to understand their specific requirement: Tonnage capacity (e.g., 40\-tonne to 100\-tonne), platform dimensions, type (Pit vs. Pitless), and structural preferences.
- Log every lead details and track their status systematically in our Excel/Google tracking sheets (*Called ➔ Quote Sent ➔ Negotiation ➔ Closed*).
2\. Commercial Quotation \& Sales Conversion
- Immediately share product catalogs, technical specifications, and official price quotes with the buyer via WhatsApp Business and email.
- Explain our unique selling points confidently (e.g., heavy structural steel quality, high\-accuracy load cells, intelligent weighing software, and dependable post\-sales calibration service).
- Handle objections regarding pricing, freight, or installation timelines smoothly, and negotiate effectively to win the contract over competitors.
3\.Lead Generation \& Industrial Outreach (40%)
- Call B2B leads (factory owners, purchase managers, civil contractors, plant heads) to introduce our weighbridges and weighing scales.
- Identify the client’s specific industrial requirements (e.g., pit vs. pitless weighbridges, required tonnage, platform size, or specific commercial scale capacities).
- Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone and WhatsApp Business to share product catalogs and technical specifications.
4\. Customer Relationship \& Social Proof
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure the client’s weighbridge or scale is set up successfully.
- Follow up with clients post\-installation to secure high\-quality testimonials, Google maps reviews, and video feedback of our working machines.
- Maintain a clean database of all communication in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- **Education:** Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or a technical diploma/degree is a plus, but excellent sales acumen is highly valued).
- **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or tele\-calling. **Experience handling IndiaMART leads or selling industrial/manufacturing equipment is a major advantage.**
- **Languages:** Excellent fluency in Hindi and clear working command of English (for reading technical specifications and typing professional WhatsApp messages/emails).
- **Core Skills:**
- **Exceptional Speed \& Alertness:** Ability to move fast on incoming inquiries before competitors do.
- **Persuasive Communication:** Highly professional and polite phone presence when talking to corporate clients and factory owners.
- **Basic Computer Literacy:** Proficient in maintaining MS Excel or Google Sheets, sending professional WhatsApp pitches, and managing emails.
