*Role Summary:**

Drive the transformation of **LPG Cylinder** into a market\-leading brand by accelerating sales growth, expanding distribution reach, developing new channels, and unlocking untapped markets. Lead strategic branding, customer acquisition, market penetration, and business expansion initiatives through innovative marketing campaigns, industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement, while building a high\-performing team to deliver sustainable growth, market leadership, and profitability.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Lead the overall sales, marketing, and business growth of LPG Cylinders across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial segments.
Develop and execute strategic sales, branding, and market expansion plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, institutional customers, industrial clients, and channel partners to strengthen market presence.
Drive demand generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional activities, and brand\-building initiatives.
Expand distribution reach by identifying untapped markets, high\-potential territories, and emerging business opportunities.
Establish as a preferred LPG brand through effective market penetration, customer engagement, and competitive positioning.
Build, lead, and mentor a high\-performing sales and marketing team to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to drive informed business decisions.
Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, inventory, supply chain, and distribution operations to support uninterrupted product availability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with operations, commercial, and plant teams to support business expansion and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, regulatory, and company policies governing LPG operations.

*Qualification \& Experience:**

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with MBA/PG in Marketing.
15\+ years of progressive experience in LPG, industrial gas, oil \& gas, or cylinder sales industries, with proven leadership experience.
Proven track record in sales leadership, channel development, distributor management, and business expansion.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, CRM, and stakeholder management skills.
