- Lead the overall sales, marketing, and business growth of LPG Cylinders across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales, branding, and market expansion plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, institutional customers, industrial clients, and channel partners to strengthen market presence.
- Drive demand generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional activities, and brand\-building initiatives.
- Expand distribution reach by identifying untapped markets, high\-potential territories, and emerging business opportunities.
- Establish as a preferred LPG brand through effective market penetration, customer engagement, and competitive positioning.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high\-performing sales and marketing team to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to drive informed business decisions.
- Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, inventory, supply chain, and distribution operations to support uninterrupted product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, and plant teams to support business expansion and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, regulatory, and company policies governing LPG operations.
- *Qualification \& Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with MBA/PG in Marketing.
- 15\+ years of progressive experience in LPG, industrial gas, oil \& gas, or cylinder sales industries, with proven leadership experience.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, channel development, distributor management, and business expansion.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, CRM, and stakeholder management skills.
