We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales \& Media Production Executive** who can effectively combine business development with creative project coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about generating new business opportunities while managing the execution of media and content production projects.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, coordinating creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality media content that aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
- *Key Responsibilities Business Development \& Sales**
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for media, branding, content creation, and digital marketing services.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long\-term partnerships.
- Present customized creative solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- *Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project briefs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- *Media Production Coordination**
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Oversee the execution of shoots, video production, editing, and content development processes.
- Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and production resources whenever required.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- *Creative \& Content Oversight**
- Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and content strategies.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Review content and creative materials before final delivery.
- Assist in developing engaging content concepts for digital and social media platforms.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Media, Communications or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, media production, marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of video production, content creation, branding, and digital media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Skilled in generating leads and converting inquiries for creative media services (Weddings, Photoshoots, and Podcasts).
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media companies, production houses, or digital marketing firms.
