• *Responsibilities:**

1\. Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.

2\. **Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.**

3\. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.

4\. Track competitor activities and provide market insights.

5\. Coordinate with **Supply Chain \& Marketing** for product availability and visibility.

Requirements

1\. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

2\. **1–4 years of FMCG sales experience.**

3\. Strong knowledge of **Surat, Gujarat** part of the state markets.

4\. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

5\. Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
