We are looking for motivated and result\-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development (Sales \& Operations) Interns. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building business relationships, and contributing to company growth through lead generation and deal closures.
As part of our team, you will work closely with the core business team to expand our network by connecting with dealers, contractors, and potential partners.
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research and outreach
- Connect with dealers, contractors, and vendors to introduce our services
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and follow\-ups to build a strong sales pipeline
- Assist in onboarding new partners and closing business deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
- Maintain and update lead data, client interactions, and deal progress
- Build long\-term relationships with partners and ensure repeat business
- Support daily operational tasks related to sales and partner management
- Strong communication skills (Hindi \+ basic English required)
- Confident in speaking with clients and conducting meetings
- Interest in sales, business development, or operations
- Self\-driven, proactive, and target\-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage field work and client interactions effectively
- Hands\-on experience in real business development and deal closing
