The ideal candidate should be able to identify, attract, and engage candidates using multiple platforms and creative sourcing methods.
*Roles \& Responsibilities:**
Create and maintain a bench of active technical candidates (USA job seekers).
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other portals.
Identify open\-to\-work IT candidates through various sourcing channels.
Use WhatsApp flares, Facebook ads, and social media promotions to attract candidates.
Build relationships with consultants looking for placement opportunities.
Maintain clean and updated candidate databases with timely follow\-ups.
