We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients and present products or services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 \+ years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
