Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Conduct in\-person client meetings to present and explain company products/services, particularly within the healthcare domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, challenges, and growth opportunities to support long\-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Track sales performance, client acquisition, and revenue growth, and regularly report progress against targets.
- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas of expansion.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and in\-person visits to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align strategies and improve customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally during field visits, events, and client meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience or academic exposure to sales, business development, or healthcare management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and have client meetings offline.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting methods is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
