Customer Service \& Sales Support

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable jewellery products.
• Support sales executives during product demonstrations and customer interactions.
• Assist customers during purchase, exchange, repair, and service requests.
• Ensure a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Product Knowledge
• Learn about gold, diamond, precious stone, and other jewellery categories.
• Develop an understanding of jewellery features, pricing, purity standards, and certifications.
• Stay updated on current collections, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on leads.
• Support customer retention initiatives and jewellery schemes.
• Assist in generating repeat business through excellent service.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
