We are a fast\-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for real estate developers and channel partners through Meta advertising. Our mission is to help clients generate high\-quality leads and drive sales through performance marketing.
- *Key Responsibilities :**
New Business Development Identify and reach out to potential real estate channel partners and builders. Conduct cold calls, follow\-ups, and outbound prospecting activities. Schedule meetings and presentations with decision\-makers. Explain agency services and lead generation solutions. Convert prospects into paying clients. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients. Coordinate with clients regarding campaign performance, feedback, and concerns. Schedule review meetings and performance discussions. Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with the operations team. Build long\-term relationships to improve retention and upsell opportunities.
Sales Operations Maintain CRM records and sales reports. Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closures. Provide regular updates on sales activities and revenue projections.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**
0\-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and meeting sales targets. Experience in digital marketing sales or real estate sales is preferred. Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision\-makers. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Compensation Fixed Salary
