• *What You'll Do**

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and help them find jewellery that suits their needs and style.
• Present our collections, explain product details, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and contribute to a memorable shopping experience.
• Support the achievement of store sales goals through excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about our latest collections, designs, and jewellery trends.
• Help maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
• Assist in creating engaging social media content, including product photos, videos, and reels.

• *What We're Looking For**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, professionalism, and a friendly personality.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business is a plus.
• Interest in photography, videography, or content creation is highly appreciated.
• Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
