DiVa's House is a premium designer fashion studio specializing in curated Indian wear and luxury fashion. We are looking for a passionate and customer\-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations.
• Handle customer queries via store, phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Support sales and marketing activities.
• Manage stock, inventory, and product displays.
• Maintain billing and sales records.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day store operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
• Well\-groomed, proactive, and sales\-oriented.
• Retail experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
