We, **M/S Abroad Import and Export Manipur (AI\&EM)** are a growing food brand specializing in premium **Black Rice (Chak\-Hao) and White Sticky Rice** from Manipur, known for its nutritional, medicinal, and health benefits. We are expanding our retail presence across Guwahati and are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Representative to develop and manage our retail sales network.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our retail\-packaged Black Rice products to departmental stores, supermarkets, malls, grocery chains, and large retail outlets across Guwahati. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, securing new retail accounts, maintaining customer relationships, collecting payments, and ensuring product availability in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit departmental stores, supermarkets, malls, and large retail outlets in Guwahati.
- Introduce and promote the company's Black Rice retail products to retailers.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.
- Negotiate product placement and shelf visibility within stores.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Ensure timely replenishment and availability of products at retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
- Collect orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure payment collection as per company policy.
- Maintain records of sales visits, orders, collections, and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Payment \& Credit Policy
- Preferred mode of business: **Spot Payment (Cash/UPI/Bank Transfer)** at the time of product delivery.
- For approved retail partners, a maximum **7\-day credit facility** may be extended, subject to company approval.
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for following up and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food products, retail sales, or distributor sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Guwahati retail market is an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively within Guwahati and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and digital payment systems.

Compensation
