• *The Role**

This is a high\-ownership sales role built for closers. It comes with a base salary starting at **₹30,000/month**, structured around a results\-focused performance model where your earnings grow with the value you deliver.

The role centers on one clear objective: **bringing paying clients to NK Digital every month.** We refer to revenue\-generating clients as ROI — and converting them consistently is the core of what success looks like here.

• *How it works:**

• The position begins with a **performance\-based probation period**, during which you'll demonstrate your ability to convert paying clients. Continuation in the role depends on meeting these performance expectations.
• Once established, you'll be expected to maintain consistent monthly client conversions.
• When you hit and exceed your targets, you earn **performance incentives on top of your base** — the more clients you bring in, the more you make.

• *What You'll Do**

• Own the full sales cycle: find prospects, pitch our blockchain, AI, and marketing services, and convert them into paying clients
• Generate leads through **any channel that works** — calls, email, LinkedIn, online data sources, social platforms, communities, partnerships, and any creative approach that brings value to NK Digital
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners to keep your pipeline full
• Run outreach and follow\-ups relentlessly until the deal closes
• Track your numbers and report ROI and progress to senior management

You are not limited to a script or a single channel. We expect you to be resourceful and go wherever the clients are.

• *How Compensation Works**

• **Base salary starting at ₹30,000/month**, within a performance\-focused structure
• An initial **performance\-based probation period** where you'll demonstrate your ability to convert paying clients

• *What We're Looking For**

• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• A self\-starter who's resourceful across multiple sales channels (not just calls/emails)
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow\-ups, and rejection
• The drive to convert paying clients month after month
• (Bonus) Interest in or exposure to blockchain, crypto, AI, or B2B tech sales
