As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Pro Ultimate Gyms for prospective members. Your primary mission is to introduce people to our world\-class facilities, understand their fitness goals, and match them with the perfect membership options. - **Drive Membership Sales:** Engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and welcoming walk\-ins to convert leads into active members.
- **Showcase the Gym:** Conduct high\-energy gym tours, highlighting our unique selling points, equipment, and community culture.
- **Consult \& Close:** Listen to prospective clients' fitness needs and articulate the benefits of our various membership plans.
- **Hit Performance Goals:** Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- **Build a Lead Pipeline:** Maintain highly accurate records of daily sales, prospective leads, and customer interactions in our system.
- **Foster Retention \& Referrals:** Build and nurture strong relationships with existing gym members to drive satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- **Support Marketing Initiatives:** Assist the team in executing exciting marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events to boost membership growth.
- *What We Are Looking For**
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (experience in the fitness industry is a major plus!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
