*Job Description (Key Responsibilities)**
Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets; set monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for each distributor in the region.
Build and enhance customer relations; drive continuous market development and addition of new outlets for wider coverage.
Produce accurate and timely market intelligence reports (competitor activity, price changes, promotional support) and coordinate communication between the team and distributor management.
Lead people process for the secondary sales force \- performance evaluations, training, and cost optimization \- while complying with all company policies, instructions, and directives.
