- Identify and approach potential clients — factories, offices, schools, hospitals, shops and institutions
- Conduct on\-site visits and product demonstrations
- Explain our product range and service offerings to decision makers
- Generate leads through cold visits, referrals and networking in local markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on quotations and close deals in a timely manner
- Collect feedback from clients and ensure satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities — AMC contracts, additional hardware, software licenses
- Meet monthly sales targets for hardware supply and AMC contracts
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects
- Report daily activity and progress to management
- Cover Bulandshahr city and assigned surrounding areas including Khurja, Sikandrabad, Jahangirabad, Anoopshahr and nearby industrial zones
- Map industrial clusters and institutional clients in assigned territory
- Stay updated on local competitor activity and pricing
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum Computer Graduate
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (IT, electronics, telecom or any B2B product preferred)
- Own two\-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi — basic English understanding helpful
- Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp and basic digital tools
- Honest, punctual and self\-motivated
- Prior experience selling to factories, institutions or offices
- Basic knowledge of IT products — laptops, printers, CCTV, networking
- Existing contacts in local industrial or business community
- Familiarity with areas like Khurja industrial belt or Sikandrabad
