We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting the features and benefits of our products.
- **Conduct Sales Presentations**: Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase our products to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Build and Maintain Customer Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries, and following up on their sales inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of customer information for future reference.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively communicate product updates to customers.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share market insights with the sales team and management.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training programs and self\-directed learning. Apply new skills and knowledge to enhance sales performance and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
- **Proven B2C Sales Experience**: Previous experience in B2C sales is essential, preferably in a similar industry or product category. Even Freshers are allowed.
- **Results\-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, listen actively, and articulate product and benefits.
