Job Description
- *Job Title: Export Service Engineer**

- *Experience \& Freshers Required**
- *Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering**
- Provide technical support and after\-sales service to overseas customers.
- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of exported machines/equipment.
- Coordinate with the export, production, and service teams for customer requirements.
Prepare service reports, installation manuals, and technical documentation.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.Travel abroad as and when required for service support and installations.Provide technical support, testing requirements, and quality control assistance for export machine dispatches.Ensure compliance with international service standards and safety norms.Provide technical product training to dealer engineers and sales personnel.- *Key Skills \& Requirements:**
- Communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
