Nesa Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1\. Lead Generation \& Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2\. Client Engagement \& Solution Selling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Present company offerings effectively to prospective clients.
- Support product demonstrations and participate in technical discussions when required.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
3\. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow\-ups and support.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
4\. Sales Operations \& Reporting
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and business development updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Track sales activities and provide regular performance reports to management.
5\. Travel \& Business Development Activities
- Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions when required.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Any Graduate (Engineering background preferred for Sales Engineer role).
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of B2B Sales, Solution Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate
- Understanding of technology products, software solutions, or embedded systems.
- Experience in client handling, sales presentations, and business negotiations.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients for business development activities.
