We are looking for a high\-energy, results\-oriented Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales squad. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives. Core Responsibilities
Team Performance: Oversee daily operations of the sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met (and exceeded).
Coaching \& Mentoring: Conduct weekly 1\-on\-1s and "ride\-alongs" (or call monitoring) to provide actionable feedback on pitch delivery and objection handling.
Strategy Execution: Implement sales workflows, scripts, and CRM best practices to improve conversion rates.
Pipeline Management: Monitor the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer negotiations or internal team challenges.
Culture Building: Foster a competitive yet collaborative environment where wins are celebrated and losses are used as learning opportunities.
