We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-driven Financial Advisors to join our Banking Sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable banking solutions, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other financial products.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, and other banking solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate quality leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Telesales, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused.
• Basic computer knowledge.
