Job Title: \- Salesforce Executive

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Salesforce Executive to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, maintain customer data accuracy, generate reports and dashboards, and help improve CRM processes to enhance business performance and customer engagement.
Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and sales data.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
Support sales teams with lead management, opportunity tracking, and workflow automation.
Monitor user activity and provide Salesforce support and training to team members.
Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to improve CRM processes and efficiency.
Handle data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing activities.
Assist in implementing Salesforce customizations, workflows, and automation.
Generate periodic sales performance and pipeline reports.
Troubleshoot CRM\-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce dashboards, workflows, and reporting features.
Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹360,000\.00 per year
