Job Summary

The Goodness Grocery is seeking a dedicated and responsible **Salesman cum Driver** to support daily sales and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering grocery products to customers, generating sales through customer visits, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong driving skills, route knowledge, and a customer\-focused attitude.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Customer Service

• Visit customers and retail outlets to promote and sell grocery products.
• Take customer orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Delivery \& Logistics

• Deliver grocery items to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure safe transportation and handling of products.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods during deliveries.
• Collect payments from customers when required and maintain records.

Vehicle Management

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

Store Operations Support

• Assist with inventory movement and stock handling.
• Support day\-to\-day store activities when delivery duties are completed.
• Maintain delivery logs, customer records, and other operational documents.

Required Skills

• Record\-keeping and cash\-handling capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
• Valid 4\-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).
• Own 2\-Wheeler for local travel (Mandatory).

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, delivery, FMCG, grocery distribution, or a similar role will be preferred.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Kochi routes and surrounding areas.
• Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Honest, punctual, and customer\-friendly attitude.
• Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading activities.
