The SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead role at IFI Techsolutions, located in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement and full-time employment, requires directing both functional and technical teams while remaining hands-on for critical migration objects. You must possess strong functional knowledge across multiple SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI/CO, AA, and PM, to shape object-level rules and engage effectively with business stakeholders. Additionally, you will steer the technical build, validation, cutover, and hyper care phases. Key responsibilities encompass leading the end-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA data migration program, covering strategy, scope, planning, estimation, management of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), establishing quality gates, and securing sign-offs. You will also facilitate business and functional workshops to finalize object scopes, ensuring alignment and readiness for a seamless migration process.
