We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager to
drive procurement, inventory management, supplier relations, logistics, and
demand forecasting. This role is crucial in ensuring timely material availability, cost\-
effective procurement, and seamless logistics for Nexzu’s expanding production and
distribution network.
Job Description
Nexzu Mobility Ltd. is seeking a strategic and results\-driven SCM Manager to
oversee end\-to\-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for demand planning, supplier management, procurement optimization, logistics
coordination, and AI\-driven supply chain analytics.
This role requires expertise in global sourcing, lean supply chain practices, cost
control, and ERP\-based inventory tracking.
Duties \& Responsibilities
1\. Procurement \& Supplier Management
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials,
components, and finished goods.
Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, ensuring cost\-effectiveness, quality,
and on\-time delivery.
Negotiate long\-term contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to
optimize costs.
Establish supplier performance evaluation metrics and monitor compliance
with quality standards.
2\. Inventory \& Demand Planning
Utilize AI\-driven forecasting tools to predict demand and optimize inventory
levels.
Ensure just\-in\-time (JIT) inventory management to reduce holding costs and
avoid shortages.
Monitor inventory turnover rates, minimizing excess stock while ensuring
production continuity.
Work closely with production and sales teams to align supply with demand
fluctuations.
3\. Logistics \& Distribution Optimization
Oversee domestic and international logistics, ensuring cost\-effective and
timely transportation.
Optimize freight management, customs clearance, and distribution channels.
Implement AI\-powered route optimization and fleet management solutions
to enhance efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with third\-party logistics (3PL) providers and
transport partners.
4\. Cost Control \& Budgeting
Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for savings and process
improvements.
Develop and track KPIs related to procurement spend, cost savings, and
supplier efficiency.
Implement cost\-reduction strategies without compromising quality and
delivery timelines.
5\. Supply Chain Automation \& ERP Management
Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally) for real\-time inventory
tracking and procurement workflows.
Integrate AI\-powered supply chain analytics to improve decision\-making and
forecast accuracy.
Implement process automation for procurement, warehouse management,
and logistics tracking.
6\. Risk Management \& Compliance
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including raw material shortages,
supplier failures, and transportation delays.
Ensure compliance with national and international trade regulations,
customs laws, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards.
Maintain supply chain documentation, vendor agreements, and
procurement policies.
7\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, R\&D, sales, and finance teams to align supply
chain operations with business objectives.
Provide strategic insights on supply chain trends, innovations, and best
practices.
Support the new product development (NPD) team by ensuring timely
material availability.
8\. Team Leadership \& Development
Lead and mentor supply chain teams, ensuring continuous learning and skill
development.
Conduct training programs on supply chain best practices, ERP utilization,
and process improvement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
✔ End\-to\-End Supply Chain Management – Expertise in procurement, inventory
control, logistics, and demand forecasting.
✔ Supplier \& Vendor Negotiation – Strong ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate
with suppliers.
✔ ERP \& AI\-Based Supply Chain Tools – Experience in SAP, Oracle, Odoo, and AI\-
driven forecasting models.
✔ Cost Optimization \& Budget Control – Ability to analyze procurement spend and
implement cost\-saving strategies.
✔ Lean Supply Chain Practices – Proficiency in JIT, Six Sigma, and lean
manufacturing methodologies.
✔ Compliance \& Risk Management – Understanding of global trade compliance,
ESG policies, and supply chain risk mitigation.
✔ Strong Communication \& Cross\-Functional Collaboration – Ability to coordinate
with production, finance, and sales teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Operations, or Business Administration.
8\-12 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or
logistics.
Proven track record in manufacturing, automotive, electric mobility, or
technology\-driven industries.
Experience in global sourcing, supplier contract negotiations, and supply
chain automation.
