About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend\-savvy Instagram Script Writer who can craft engaging, high\-retention scripts for Instagram Reels, Stories, and short\-form video content. The ideal candidate understands social media audiences, storytelling techniques, and content trends, and can transform ideas into compelling scripts that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Write concise, engaging, and audience\-focused scripts for Instagram Reels and short\-form videos.
Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
Create storytelling\-driven content that maximizes watch time and engagement.
Research trending topics, viral formats, and audience interests.
Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to align scripts with brand objectives.
Adapt tone and messaging for different target audiences and content categories.
Optimize scripts with clear calls\-to\-action (CTAs) to encourage likes, comments, shares, and conversions.
Revise and improve scripts based on performance data and feedback.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of scripts.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Proven experience in scriptwriting for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar short\-form content.
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative writing skills.
Ability to write scripts that are clear, concise, and highly engaging.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with content marketing and social media growth strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
