We are hiring "EDR Engineer" for one of our clients based at Bangalore !!!

We are seeking a skilled EDR Engineer responsible for the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Endpoint Detection \& Response solutions across enterprise environments. The role focuses on implementing security controls, integrating EDR with existing infrastructure, and ensuring effective threat detection and response capabilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Deploy and implement EDR solutions across endpoints (servers \& laptops)
• Configure policies, detection rules, and response mechanisms
• Integrate EDR with SIEM, SOAR, and other security tools
• Perform agent installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Tune alerts to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy
• Conduct testing and validation of EDR deployments
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards
• Document implementation procedures, configurations, and best practices
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in endpoint security or cybersecurity roles
• Hands\-on experience with EDR tools such as:

o Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

o CrowdStrike Falcon

o SentinelOne

o Sophos Intercept X

* Strong knowledge of

o Endpoint security concepts

o Windows/Linux OS internals

o Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• Understanding of MITRE ATT\&CK framework

Pay: ₹250,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
