We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Security Field Operation Executive (Field Officer)** to oversee daily field operations, manage client relations, and ensure high service standards in our security personnel deployments.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and monitor day\-to\-day field operations
• Ensure deployment and attendance of security guards as per client requirements
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and discipline
• Handle client complaints and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Assist in recruitment and training of guards
• Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for operational compliance
