Job Description

We are looking for a **Semi\-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** with relevant experience in **Internal Audit**.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits and internal control reviews across various business functions.
• Perform risk assessments and identify key operational and financial risks.
• Evaluate existing internal controls and identify control gaps.
• Prepare detailed internal audit reports and present key findings.
• Draft audit observations along with practical and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and review **Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs)**.
• Support **IFC/SOX testing** and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with different departments for audit requirements and closure of observations.

Candidate Requirements

• **Qualification:** CA Semi\-Qualified.
• **Experience:** 2–4 years of relevant Internal Audit experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **process audits, risk assessment, internal controls, control gap identification, and audit reporting**.
• Experience in **IFC/SOX testing and RCM preparation** will be preferred.
• Candidates should preferably have experience in **non\-Financial Services (non\-FS) industries** such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, E\-commerce, or other service sectors.
• Good analytical, communication, and report\-writing skills.

• *CTC:** Maximum ₹8 LPA.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
