✔ Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day
✔ Explain our technology courses and career opportunities
✔ Follow up with interested leads and inquiries
✔ Schedule orientation sessions and counseling calls
✔ Maintain call records and lead status updates
✔ Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
✔ Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Ability to convince and build rapport with students and working professionals
✔ Previous telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support experience preferred
