We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented **Senior Executive – Indian Payroll** to join our growing team.
✅ End\-to\-end monthly payroll processing
✅ Payroll reconciliation and variance analysis
✅ Compliance with EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements
✅ Full \& Final settlements, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions processing
✅ Payroll accounting entries and GL reconciliation support
✅ Employee tax computation and payroll query resolution
✅ HRMS/payroll software management and MIS reporting
✅ Coordination with Finance, Accounts, and statutory consultants
✔ Good knowledge of Indian Payroll and statutory compliance
✔ Experience with EPF filings and payroll tax calculations
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll systems
2–4 years of payroll experience
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in payroll accounting and reconciliations
Knowledge of GL accounting will be an added advantage
