- CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)
5\) Minimum Job Experience Required
- 10–15 years in Accounts \& Finance
Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing / MSME environment
- Handle end\-to\-end daily accounting activities
- Finalization of Trial Balance, P\&L, Balance Sheet
- GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, Income Tax compliances
- PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory filings
- Coordination with CA, auditors, banks, and authorities
- Prepare MIS, monitor cash flow, basic costing support
- Supervise and control a team of 2–3 accounts staff
7\) Skills, Knowledge \& Qualification Required
- Strong hands\-on expertise in GST, TDS, audits, and compliance
- Proficient in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO\-driven manufacturing setup preferred
- High accuracy, compliance mindset, ability to work independently
- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Pay: ₹30,031\.78 \- ₹40,500\.76 per month
