Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail\-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, accounting processes, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting for our Real Estate \& Construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring for ongoing construction projects.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management review.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and contractor billing verification.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor project expenses, material costing, and profitability analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation related to invoices, taxation, and financial records.
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Handle payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and annual audit activities.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Additional experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry will be preferred.

• Experience in handling construction/project accounts.
• Good understanding of contractor billing and project costing.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
