• *Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a solid background in the trading industry. The ideal candidate will manage our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee inventory accounting using Busy Accounting Software. You must have prior experience working in a trading firm to understand the complexities of high\-volume transactions, margin analysis, and supply chain logistics.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Financial Management**: Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• **Trading Accounting**: Manage complex trading transactions, including import/export documentation, customs duties, and high\-volume invoicing.
• **Inventory Control**: Track stock movements, calculate cost of goods sold (COGS), and reconcile physical inventory with software records.
• **Software Operations**: Utilize Busy Accounting Software for advanced inventory management, billing, and financial reporting.
• **Taxation \& Compliance**: Prepare and file GST, TDS, TCS, and other relevant statutory compliance reports.
• **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for management review.

• *Required Qualifications**

• **Experience**: Minimum 5\-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2\-3 years strictly within a trading company.
• **Software Skills**: Mandatory, hands\-on expertise in Busy Accounting Software.
• **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/M.Com preferred).
• **Tax Knowledge**: Deep understanding of local tax laws, GST structures for trading, e\-invoicing, e\-way bills, TDS and TCS.
• **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze profit margins, operational costs, and trading risks.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
